A memorable stay at this apartment complex! The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making it a breeze to cook up delicious meals. Plus, having a dishwasher meant cleaning up was as effortless as a magician's trick.

Elevator: Slightly unnerving, use with caution.

Had very special stay for good value and received ironing for free, a nice bonus. Location was perfect and convenient in the lovely quiet area not far from big commercial center, parks, transports, restaurants, direct metro connection for the airport, hospitals, markets, and a quiet neighbourhood.

The bathroom in the apartment had a slight odour, but it didn't greatly affect our stay.

Evgeni, the host, was so helpful and responsive. the apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and the wifi worked perfectly. Being on the 14th floor meant that we didn't have to worry about road noise, and the free parking in the courtyard was a bonus. the location was ideal for us, as we enjoy short walks and the city centre was just a 15-minute walk away. But if we didn't feel like walking, there were also public transport options nearby. we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this apartment!

The lift was such a thrilling experience, I felt like I was on a roller coaster. Not to mention the quirky smell in the bathroom, simply delightful.

We especially enjoyed the stunning view from the 14th floor.

Title: Surprisingly Pleasant Stay

Smelled the faint aroma of the bathroom. The vintage elevator gave me a bit of a scare, but nothing an adrenaline junkie like me can't handle.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby amenities and attractions. One of the best aspects was the exceptional communication and helpfulness of the host, who made us feel welcome and provided us with valuable information.

We did experience a slight discomfort due to an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. While we understand that this issue is common in older buildings, it did affect our overall experience.

Perfect for a business trip - I've stayed here twice and loved it both times. Convenient location near a large shopping center and subway. Warm and immaculately clean apartment.
